Founder & Managing Partner

Jeff Johnson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lakeshore Holdings, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he focuses primarily on sustainable energy investing through Lakeshore Solar Partners.

Across his investment career, Jeff has participated in more than $70 billion of real estate transactions. His experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer of Equity Office Properties Trust, co-founding Lehman Brothers' first global real estate private equity fund, and serving as CEO of Dividend Capital, where he helped lead the transformation of Dividend Capital Diversified Trust Fund into the country's largest Daily NAV REIT.

Jeff holds a B.A. from Denison University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Cal Steinhoff advises Lakeshore Solar Partners on business development and new acquisitions.

Cal has led business development and sales organizations at high-growth companies including GDS Link, MeridianLink, Enova International, Seal Software, Mirador Financial, SurePayroll and Procuri, with multiple successful exits and public offerings among those businesses.

He holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
